Rev. Orlando "Preacher Pap" Riley

Reverend Orlando T. Riley Sr was born in the state of Maryland to Reverend Ardale and Missionary Pleasant Riley.  His parents later moved to the state of Delaware where he attended elementary and high school.  It was at the high school that he met his childhood sweetheart, (Clara Mullen) and they joined together in holy matrimony on February 27, 1971.  This union brought forth three beautiful children and to date thirteen grandchildren of whom they love dearly.

Orlando gave his heart to Christ on December 4, 1966 in Morganfield, Kentucky and has not looked back since.  He witnessed the call of God to preach the gospel and preached his trial sermon on July 9, 1967 in the state of Maryland.  He, as an evangelist, preached across these states in numerous churches and conventions but always gave God the glory for the opportunity.  He was called to pastor the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Elizabeth, New Jersey and began his mission in April of 1990.  There have been so many great experiences and so many wonderful accomplishments from this grand union where the love of God is manifested.

His goal is to help as many people as God puts in his path and to be a true representative of the Master.Reverend Riley humbly solicits the prayers of the saints that he may remain humble as God continues to give him the opportunity to witness and preach the Holy Word.
