  The Pastor's Desk

Welcome to our website and I hope that you will find it interesting enough that you will frequent our site at least on a weekly basis. We, New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church are a church with three, (3) ships: Friendship, Fellowship and Worship.

Friendship: We welcome you wherever you are on your spiritual journey because we are a group of people who desperately need the grace of God. Grace is simply the idea that God meets us in our brokenness and carries us the rest of the way to restored relationship with Him. So if you don’t have it all together, great news because you have stumbled upon friends.  Join us as we walk together along the journey of life, trying to understand God and His love for each of us.

Fellowship: We believe that every person has inherent worth because you were created by God. Therefore, every background, ethnicity and origin is equal in the eyes of God. God has never intended for His universal church to be segregated by nationality and even though we have different experiences, we are to fellowship in the love of Jesus as children of God.

Worship: In Matthew 22:35-39 a lawyer tested Jesus with the question, “Master, which is the great commandment in the law?” Jesus said unto him, “Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind". This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself”. Need I say anything more? As we become friends, we fellowship and that experience motivates us to worship the Lord. WE ARE WAITING ON YOU!
